Moving from Southern New Jersey to Bonita Springs, Florida, in 2012, Tim found himself in a fast-growing market that lacked valuable Realtors. With a passion for helping others Tim has successfully guided numerous buyers and sellers through both simple and difficult real estate transactions, earning a reputation for his integrity and dedication.

Outside of real estate, Tim indulges his passion for exotic cars, often attending local car shows and events. His enthusiasm for automotive craftsmanship extends to his personal vehicles, where he cherishes each for its unique design and performance. In addition to his love for cars, Tim enjoys leisure time on his boat, “attempting” to catch fish, cruising along the coastline, and anchoring off Naples Beach.
